Summary

fix nested GitHub Actions link and approval typo in instructor guide
add missing docs/stylesheets/extra.css so mkdocs extra_css reference resolves
add unit test verifying aidocs.main prints greeting

Testing

./.venv/bin/mkdocs build
./.venv/bin/python -m pytest (fails: No module named pytest)
